This charming piece is an original NOS US military medical chest. The chest was originally meant to store and transport medical supplies to field operations. Front and back of chest unlatch and unfold into two tables. Chest features two static shelves and each table features a lower shelf that also acts as a truss for the folding legs. Chest and tables are constructed completely from aircraft-grade aluminium and painted in the Medical sea-foam green. With its modular design, it can be placed in a variety of different configurations. Use as one long console, use chest and table as a desk, use each component separately or combine them all together to make a coffee table!
